Montana delights our guests with both South African and European culinary delights and wine from the region. Our menu gives you a small taste of what we offer. Starters Salad stack of Avocado,Tomato and smoked Chicken topped with grain mustard and crème fraiche. Summer Melon wrapped with smoked Ostrich and drizzled with a sweet chilli sauce. Parmesan and Mozzerella fritters served with a tomato confit and bsil pesto.
Main Course: Deboned neck of pork stuffed with prune, pineapple and smoked cheese sausage. Served with a Port sauce. Cape Malay Bobotie served with yellow rice and sambals. Ostrich fillet cooked in a cream and Brandy sauce.
Dessert: Chocolate and Espresso torte Malva pudding Meringue Roulade with cream and Mango.
